Just curious who has health anxiety and lives really far from a hospital or town and how does it affect you and how do you coupe?

Hey man I suffer from really bad health anxiety all pretty much heart related ..I live in New York City not too far from the hospital but I can tell u that it has made me not want to travel too far away from one..I don’t even go on vacations because of the fear of being far..it’s hard to cope and there’s no magic pill to cure any of it but u just have to trust yourself that it’s anxiety and you’ll be ok..one of the things I’ve learned is acceptance and I’m not cured but I’m doing a lot better..it’s all in the mind and it’s tough but just know you’ll be ok
