Esa50 form worry

Hello everyone I’m feeling completely overwhelmed, I had an esa50 form to complete and send back by the 18th December, this is to do with the benefits I receive.

I sent the form back on the 10th by 1st class post and it hasn’t arrived yet, I’m terrified the benefits centre will close my claim and my payments will stop.

What should I do? I will ring again on Monday morning but if it still hasn’t arrived what should be my next step? The deadline is next Tuesday . Please I really need some advice, I have no one else to turn to.
