Feeling alone and down

Hi all feeling really low at the minute keep thinking I am going to get ill with norovirus or anything like that got a real fear of throwing up and just sat here thinking about it but can't help it if you know what I mean. Also think I am turning into a germaphobe especially when there's kids around because I work in a restaurant and some parents bring sick kids in which doesn't help. When I try to talk about it to someone I get told stop being stupid. No idea what to do

Just not got the get up and go
