so for the past few weeks I haven't been getting much sleep.My husband gets home at 11pm from work and i try to sleep when he does but i can only get about 4 to 5 hrs if i'm lucky. This goes on for a while, I feel like i'm forcing myself to sleep and when i wake up i'm so tired and just worry about my brain function. it doesn't help that its at night or that there's so much going on right now. But when i dream i can feel my self pushing to keep the dream going but for some reason i wake up. this morning i woke up because i was shaking and i felt like something wasn't right but once i made sure it was ok...i cant sleep now. Is there a way i can sleep the whole night???
