Fear Defeats more People than Anything!!

This says to me , not to let fear rule your life...because it can. So many times I’ve cancelled or not gone to something because of fears....I try to do it anyways now, mostly, so I act in the presence of fear, not easy but I can feel achieved and it helps x

Very true. The brain only learns that there is no threat and gradually reduces the intensity of the symptoms when you learn to accept your anxiety and be ok about not feeling ok. You do literally need to feel the fear and do it anyway. That is the most opportune time to recover. The brain learns nothing when you are not anxious so do everything to bring it on. Go towards the places and situations that trigger your anxiety. It is only surges of adrenalin.

For example, a panic is attack is not really a panic attack and misleading. What really happens is that a person experiences thoughts or feelings that are unusual. Their almost instant reaction is to fear those symptoms and panic. Those symptoms are caused by excessive adrenalin. That’s all. Energy that has built up through stress and now being released. The trouble is, people then stress about having another panic attack ( energy surge) which produces more adrenalin....causing more energy surges.

Exactly and it’s way easier said than done. I keep hearing that life gets better as you stop caring about how it pans out. Less stress, anxiety, etc.
