Anxiety really bad when at home?

When I go out it’s there, but from a 1-10 it’s like a 3. When I’m home it’s literally an 11. I don’t know what caused this, I am on anxiety medicine buspar 20 mg daily. I was doing good, but lately I have a lot on my plate, and it just seemed to hit overdrive. Headaches, flushing, shivering, tight muscles , feeling of doom, thinking I’m gonna die really soon, arm pain sometimes, and just that dread feeling. I’m scared out of my wits, but I feeel like I can’t convince myself it’s jist anxiety. Elevated bp and heart rate today at the doctor too. Idk what to do, I wanna cry kinda.

Have you ever had your thyroid or testosterone levels checked? If not do so. And really try to assess what’s going on at home to make it worse there.
