Anxiety issues

So around a month ago I started having fascinations in both of my calfs. They have started to ache and have pains throughout the day. I did some reasearch and found out I must have als! I went to my family doctor I'm getting sent for an EMG at a neurologist specialist. I'm very scared, my doctor said she does not believe it is als, but I have to get it checked. Another thing that scared me is as of Thursday I've been having problems studdering, having trouble reading long scentences and my cheeks and tounge feel and get sore when talking in long scentences and while my face is resting. Is that normal?? I've had anxiety since I was a kid but this is just eating at me.

Can anyone please just tell me if this is normal? Idk if I'm having trouble talking because of how much stress I've been under as well anxiety being mixed into it. Any replies would be greatly appreciated thank you

Just found this post. I know it’s late but did you get any answers? I’ve had really bad anxiety for the past couple of months and I’ve learned that anxiety can do some crazy crazy things. If it is anxiety, I wouldn’t be too surprised
