Heart skip beat and a jolt in the head

So everytime my heart skips a bit, I feel like some elecrrical jolt or zap in my head.

Anyone experienced it?

me, everytime. Ineven went to a cardio and took some tests. tirned out nothings wrong with it

Have you stopped any or changed ssri medication

Oh you're talking about brain zaps. I do not take any medication.

Yea a do can be a horrible experience nothing worse when your out and it happens. A use a breathing relax app before I go out helps alot x
