Anyone else?

Anyone else get a lump like feeling in their throat? Or get heartburn with their anxiety? I also have spells of feeling spacey. I also get scared if something little like a cough and think im going to die. Is this just me?

The lump thing is a common anxiety symptom. Take something to releave your heartburn, go see a doctor about your health anxiety and get them to check your heartburn while you are there.

Hi when my anxiety peaks i cant eat, and my stomach tightens and i get a pounding headache and heart racing and hot. I found a couple apps that have reallllly hwlped me and they are free. Dare-break free from anxiety or something like that, i prayed and God led me to this and to Pacifica! Headspace is a great one too. But try dare and pacifica. All 3 are great for differwnt purposes. They all help relieve anxiety.

I have the same issues when I get anxious, especially having a lump in my throat. Now have medication for heartburn so you might want to try those too
