Absolutely. Anxiety can make you feel almost anything imaginable.

Hi :) I suffer with GERD and it only ever triggers when I have a severe panic/ anxiety attack.. and it then lingers for days even with the use of antacids.. it will cause pain and nausea that doesn't subside well for me anyway no matter what I take .. it's defiantly anxiety related

Yes I suffer from horrendous stomach cramps with diarrhoea and vomiting when I am having a really bad anxiety attack. They happen out of the blue and last around 10 minutes but feels like a lifetime and I'm convinced I'm going to die!! I try talking to myself saying they will pass soon and take deep breaths until they stop. It's really scary

Yes. That's one of the more common physical symptoms. Using antacids can help
