Mirtazapine and jumpyness

I've just started taking Mirtazapine and have noticed a side effects feeling more jumpy and hypersensitive to loud noises.

When I first took it last night it knocked me out and I managed to get a good night sleep. I'm also feeling extremely jumpy which I've never had issues with before. When I'm not disturbed by anything I feel calm and relaxed but if something suddenly happens or I hear a loud noise I almost literally jump out of my skin. I feel a huge surge of energy, tingle all over, sweat intensely and feel like a powerful jolt has gone through my head. Shoots from my head down my arms and torso like an electric shock. Anyone had this before or anytips?
