Anxiety related dizziness...

Hello , does anyone else experience dizziness when anxious, especially when peaking? Having a hard time in cars, or in stores, feels like motion sickness.

Also severe appetite loss?

Thanks for your time

I have been taking busbar , but it really doesn't seem to help, just makes me dizzy... I have Xanax , my first time taking it, and try only to take when it gets really bad... I also take 2 blood pressure meds.

Of course everything says can cause dizziness on the bottle....😑

Thanks

I'm seeing a new doc in about a week, will see what happens...

As far as the Xanax goes, I think if you need it, take it, but depending on the dosage, my primary doc gave me .5mg twice a day, but I break the pills up in quarters, so take .12mg as needed , that seems to be enough to take the edge off, but not enough to get dopey... if that makes sense... I know of people that take way more daily. With no issues so guess really depends on the person.

I know people like that too and I don’t get have they do it. My psychiatrist gave me 1mg I the half of it only try it 2 times because of fear

My biggest fear with Xanax is not abusing it, but becoming dependant.

But right now will take it to get by.

Can only do what you can do at any given time.

That’s my fear getting addictive and dependent on it

I think it depends on the person,

My theory is keeping it to a minimum. And only as needed.

All I know is that I can only handle the extreme anxiety so much. And the options are limited... as I said before, if you end up in the ER, they will just pump you full of something similar... , and that's why the doc prescribes it as well...

I would say try not to worry. But I can't practice what I preach on that..
