Friend past away now I have really bad anxiety...I’m completely lost, scared & frauatrated. Last September I lost a really close friend of mines & that’s what triggered it. These last couple of weeks has been complete chaos, I can’t sleep, hearts racing, dizzy, tired, weak, can’t focus, feel alone, I’m a afraid of the dark, afraid to sleep, visited the ER had a EGK all came back positive but I was dehydrated. No insurance I can’t afford to see a specialist so I’m completely lost & don’t know what to do...someone pleas help!!!

Hi Anxious216, I am so sorry for your loss. It sounds like you are experiencing a lot right now. Have you ever heard of crisis intervention? The phone number is: 1(866) 936-1305. They are reallly awesome and will walk you through how to deal with the situation you are facing. They are trained professionals, trained on how exactly to help you right now. You can call them day or night and they should be able to help. I know of some other resources, if you would like them. I know you are going through a lot, and I am very thankful that you have reached out and are asking for help. Hang in there! Praying for you.

So sorry for your loss and all you are going through. Have you tried getting insurance and emergency assistance through federal/state programs available in your area? I pray you get the help and assistance that you need. Blessings, take care!

I’m so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine what that would be like. If you don’t mind me asking, how old was he/she? I’ll pray for you.

I am so sorry for your loss. Believe me when I say I know exactly how you are feeling. While my anxiety and panic was not triggered by a loss, the feelings are the same. Fear is a terribly scary thing. Once it gets hold of you, it is very difficult to let it go. Just know you are not alone and this too shall pass. Our nerves are sensitized and our thoughts are scattered. Try to learn all you can about panic and anxiety and try your best to not let it scare you. While I am not cured by any means, I am so much better, so there is hope for recovery.
