Hi Johnnie, you are displaying all the symptoms I get when I come down with a cold.
Coughing, congested/full headed feeling, ears feeling clog etc. What I do when I get like that is inhale steam. Fill a bowl with boiling hot water and carefully inhale the steam that
comes from that water. Open your mouth if you can't breathe through your nose. The steam will loosen the congestion you fill as well as thin the mucous allowing for you to breathe better. It helps the cough by loosening that dry irritating cough.
If you are running a temperature, by all means call your doctor. As the saying goes "it takes one week or 7 days" to feel better. Feel better soon
its just the racing thoughts and thinking to much it keeps coming i just want my head clear its none stop i dont know why its trying to make me go crazy and im getting upset nd angry about it .
Johnnie, those racing thoughts and thinking too much is something you have been dealing with before this cold. When fighting an illness, it's very easy for are anxiety symptoms to come back full force once again. Once you feel better and are back at work, I'm hoping those thoughts will fade. If not, you need to see your doctor or psychiatrist who can re-evaluate your health anxiety issues.
Wishing that your cold goes away soon and you are back to feeling like yourself again.
