Hi, I'm a sophomore in college (20 years old), and I'm withdrawing from college tomorrow because my anxiety has taken over. I always struggled with it but its the worst its ever been. I feel like I'm alone, and no one understands.

Anxiety has hit rock bottom and making me withdraw from college.
That was me. I’m 21 and I had to drop out. I understand and you’re not alone
any advice? I could not even last to fall break...
HI If you are a college student you are not alone. Where do you go to school and do you live on campus or live at home?
Who does not understand?
I went to small college only 40 mins away from my house and I lived on campus, even though I came home every weekend. People try to understand but nobody I know has General Anxiety Disorder that I personally know.
Sometimes the feelings that get your attention are absolutely NORMAL when in new situations like college.
I am not a fan of labels and GAD, is a label.
IF you need help understanding what you are "feeling" and when, sometimes it is just learning a new language for FEELINGS and thoughts.
If you withdrew from school today, I hope that you go right out and get some type of job that you will enjoy.
Please do not sit home at this time.
Many of us have a lot of years of experience with anxiety, and as a sufferer for longer than you have have been alive, I suggest that you KEEP MOVING during these days.
Best of luck.
Take it 1 day at a time. It can get better if you distract yourself
What re you being panicky about?
I took a semester break from college, can you do that instead of officially withdrawing?
I’m taking the rest of semester off but starting a community college near my house in January.
hi please don't give up your education due to anxiety don't let it take over what could possibly be an amazing journey and future for you.have you spoken to anyone at college of your feelings im sure they would understand.even take a break so you can access support and hopefully focus again on life.
Hello I went through this too. You are stronger than you think. Don’t give up
