I just started taking magnesium supplements, has anyone else had any luck with these? I’ve read that they’re helpful for anxiety, sleep problems, ocd among other things.

There are many kinds of magnesiums. You'll have to experiment a little. I started with magnesium glycinate because I had read that it would help tighten the sphincter for acid reflux and would help relax for a good night's sleep. Well, the opposite proved true. For some people, glycinate will excite the person.

Then I tried magnesium maleate...

And then a blend or combination...

Then a kind person here told me about Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil. Love it.

I would also recommend espionage salts for soaking your feet before bed.

Good to know! Thank you for the info, I didn’t know there were different kinds

I’ve tried magnesium I don’t know which kind but I found it made my chest feel really heavy and when I stopped them I was back to normal. It also increased my heart palpitations but that may have been anxiety. Goodluck

I have been taking ionic magnesium chloride for a couple of months. My leg cramps are gone. I haven't had major anxiety, even though current life circumstances would have normally caused me to become extremely anxious. My moods are more even. Hope this helps you.
