Anyone wake up from sleep shaking??? Is this aniexty?

Oh yes, it's anxiety... I tremble a lot from anxiety. I try to tell myself it's uncomfortable but not dangerous. It seems to ease a bit in the evening.

It also happens to me throughout the night, I’ll wake up and feel like my hands are shaking

fear even if mild makes the muscles tremble and the trepidation thwarts proper execution. fear causes tension and tension causes symptoms.

Yes for me I feel it’s being hungry that’s making shakes worse, the anxiety has affected my appetite I’m not eating enough.
