GAD anxiety

Hi my name I'll e is Quita and I've been diagnosed with GAD anxiety recently my son 302ed and diagnosed with bipolar and schizophrenia. He recently came home and I'm trying no to trigger him by being overly protective but he's starting to think he can still do previous actions and won't have an episode because he got it in control. Help me to help him please I just had to take an Ativan to try and calm down. But I have dialysis in a couple of hours and I'm scared to leave him home. He just turned 18 and thinks truly grown

No offense to the 18 year olds out there, but I think we can agree 18 is a tough age no matter what. They think they are an adult, but they really really are just big kids. I know exactly how you feel with that. Maybe the best way to help him is to help yourself. You need to make sure you are healthy and safe. That may sound selfish, but it is not. Help yourself in order to help him.
