There are so many things that can cause this so it is probably best to see a doctor as soon as possible to see what could be the cause. It can range from dehydration, nerve problems, ear problems and then more serious problems so that is why it is best to write down the symptoms and see a doctor. I used to have alot of migraines and vertigo too and sleeping a certain way, standing up too quickly, dehydration and focusing on a screen too long can cause it to come back.

Since it hasn't come back and since it is obviously not getting worse you should not worry about it but also I would suggest to go and see a doctor as soon as it could've been anything.

OMG exactly the same as me. I feel very dizzy and then have a faint feeling that wafts over me. I have had blood pressure and 24 hr ecg, lots of blood tests. Felt like it since April, I’ve put the pieces together that fits into taking TEVA improved formulation. I didn’t even think meds could be so different and didn’t put it down the thyroxine.
