I have extreme anxiety and I choked one time and since then It feels like a can’t swallow solids I can eat chips , oatmeal , cereal etc but I’ve been depressed because I’m losing a lot of weight and feels like I’m about to be small as a pen

I went through this, it’s anxiety. I would only sip soup because I thought I couldn’t swallow. Trust me, it’s anxiety.

I went through this once before also. Its literally a mind situation. Find something that grounds you. A shoulder tap always brings me back to reality. Try eating with friends so your mind is occupied or watching a good movie or show and ease back into it
