I’m so tired of suffering physically with my health issues and anxiety on the side. I wish it could all just stop don’t get me wrong I’d never commit suicide because I wouldn’t do that to my family but if I could just disappear and they could forget me I’d take that choice. I’m so tired of pain and suffering everyday.

Hi everyone, I have a problem with my kidney so I get pain from that I also have a vestibular problem with my ears so that’s pain/dizzy/headaches with that too. Just need a break from it badly ☹️ x
These types of situations are very tough. Suffering physically is obviously a major discomfort in your daily life, but you need to stay strong. As easy as it sounds, I get that its not that easy. Life is always going to be unfair. I have wished so many times that "I wish I wasn't born". I feel the same way going through my problems. Im not suicidal but I don't want to live in discomfort. You are not alone! I suggest seeking help from a counselor. Even if its just for a short session, cousnelors will help take your mind away from your problems. Its very helpful.
Thankyou so much for your comment. I do try my best to stay strong and I do most of the time but some days are just too much and feel unbearable. I feel the same sometimes wishing I wasn’t born. I did try to go to therapy twice for my anxiety long story short it didn’t work out which has sort of put me off seeing anyone else but I think I’ll look back into it , I think it would just help to offload my mind to someone maybe xx
I get that counseling is not a fit for everyone, but it certainly would do no damage to keep looking for another one. At the end of the day, enjoy life. We only get a few years to live out of the billions of years this world has to offer. Take advantage of your life even if your pain is creating a major barricade in your life. Try your best to overlook it. Try separating the physical pain from your mental pain. Live your life as you can with happiness
One of the ways I deal with physical pain (and I have a lot of it from multiple health difficulties) is to find something creative to do. I knit a lot, and I paint when my sight allows. This fixes my attention away from pain and discomfort and into whatever I am doing. I also do crossword puzzles and listen to audiobooks. I have been through so much psycho therapy over the years (and some of it has helped, perhaps in that I get the sole attention of a one to one? who knows?) but any relief is not permanent. I do find the practical, active way is to try to find diversions, whilst accepting that my physical situation is permanent. It can be hard to do but I find it is the greatest help. I do something and I try not to drown in my misery. Ultimately the only person who can go any way towards easing the situation is yourself, Maria. It really is up to you, hard hearted and lacking in sympathy as it may sound but for me it is true and in the main it works, although I still have some 'gruesome' days when everything looks black.
