I have many different physical symptoms 24/7. I’m not a doctor, but if you’ve been cleared then it’s most likely just the anxiety. I’ve been cleared 3 times and I still have a hard time believing that it’s just my anxiety.

Yes I know it is very hard to know that aniexty will cause this. I went to ER and everything came back ok. But the tingling, burning is there. Not as bad as yesterday but want it to go away

When my anxiety was at its worst I had the scalp burning and tingling and I asked my doctor about it, they told me it was a form of a cluster headache from my anxiety

When my anxiety calms somewhat down they do, and also when I’m not so focused on my anxiety and headaches.

Ok I am trying to not focus on it. I Kno it may take time for it to go away

I felt that way b4... One time I drove to a corn field and ran to the middle of it screamed at the top of my voice and then ran back to my car. Crazy I know but it felt amazing.

It is a very weird symptom. I wish I never stress so much. Because now it's causing me to not get much sleep. But I'm taking it one day at a time.

How long did it take for yours to go away?

It comes and goes. I keep my buscar in my purse at all times( I don’t take it everyday), I have a period tracker on my phone in which I monitor my anxiety and cycles, I stay away from to toxic people. I do have an attack I vent on this website, I talk to friends, and art therapy: color or paint something. The art work during an attack is ugly. 😂

I can also go three days without sleep during an attack

in reply toSunandrose87

Oh really I went two days without sleep other day because of the scalp pain. I pray it goes away soon
