Hi it would be nice to get any body to share there experiences and opinions with Duloxetine, it was suggested that my wife goes on this one instead of Mirtazapine, because she also suffers from and duloxetine apparently can also deal with the pain side of things apart from dealing with the mental heal issuses.i am my wifes carer and looking out for her welfare and hoping her, to be pain free. any info welcome.

Hi, I am in my 70s and have been on Duloxetine for a number of years. I take 60 mg every day and no side effects so would recommend it.
