Breast/chest pain

Hi all does any one get breast pain ? Really hurts and stabs at times when I move . It’s mainly in the left one . I’m just not sure if Anxiety is causing it .

Also that feeling like I can’t breath . About 2 days after stopping Xanax I’m feeling yuck . I’m thinking I should just take it every day and be done with it ?

Hi. I get the chest pain too but I think mine is definitely down to anxiety because it makes me breathe really shallow which then leads to my chest hurting.

I also get the feeling of not being able to catch my breath daily and it sucks because the more I think about my breathing the more I pay attention to it and then it just feels even more worse.
