Anxiety or sinus

My hands suddenly feel numb and tense and my chest is tense as well. Its also difficult to breathe. I dont know if this is my anxiety or sinuses/allergies.

Of course it's impossible to give medical advice hear, but what you're describing does sound a bit like anxiety, but the chest tightness could also be allergies. Mine can sometimes act up worse in the evenings. I'm not sure if you're in the US or not, but I take Zyrtec when mine feels tight because it doesn't cause me to be sleepy like Benadryl does. Hopefully by now you're feeling better though.
