Hello Everyone so ever sense lastnight having this wierd feeling in my head like my mind trying to control me and its a strong feeling mind racing and dont feel like myself i feel like im gonna go crazy one day and even everyday i have this dream like vision unreal blurry vision .i try to act ok and happy when im not not feeling like myself hopefully ill get past it all the bad negative thoughts aswell hitting me at once its annoying already. my body feels tired and my mind also just fighting it everyday.
