Does anyone else feel like this?

Hi,

Just wanted to say for the past two and a half years I have suffered with neck shoulder and back tension, that it makes me feel sick and sometimes a bit dizzy. It upsets my bowel sometimes and sends me dashing for a loo. I am coping with an anti sickness pill and the occasional diazepam.

But I am very down with it all at the moment. I have had a lot of tests including a brain scans, so I know there is nothing physically wrong.

I just can't get out of this rut , and to be honest I hate waking up to face another day.......

Can you stretch? You might want to get a prescription for physical therapy to work on learning stretches for these areas. There are a lot of different stretches. You could also try yoga.
