I've learned of a way out and it's called mindfulness therapy. It's cheap therapy that you can do yourself. There is a lot of free support and guidance online. Google this search term "mindfulness for anxiety" or "mindfulness for depression" Here are 2 links to start you out then you can go from there. Practice everyday. Good luck ✌️😎

brilliant!

another important thing is to accept the emotions like depression , anxiety without the demand of getting rid of them thats also mindfulness . for example if X is anxious , instead of trying anything to get rid of anxiety , he calmly focuses on the sensations and feels it , without fueling the emotion by not giving importance to the thoughts that cause the emotion , you will be amazed at how early the emotions pass away
