Hey I completely understand I get it too. It's like you think your going to feel anxious or rubbish and then suddenly you do. It's common in anxious people to feel like that. Or if you think you hsvr something wrong you start getting symptoms of it or thinking it in your head it's horrible hope you feel better soon xxxx

Focus on those good times, and float through the anxious times. Don't fight the aniety when it hits. Accept that it's there and know it will go away soon. The more you do that the longer your good times will last and continue.

Anxiety is tricky thing because of you fight it or focus on it then you just fuel the fire . this seems strange because it's only natural to think it's more productive to worry about why you feel this way and fight against it. But that only prolongs anxiety.

Its not an overnight fix. It can take months and months of accecpting your anxiety before you see improvement.

Hang in there!

Sounds very similar to me. Just the thought of anxiety brings all the symptoms at once like a flood. I am currently trying to train my brain to not go there. I have different exercises and activities I am trying. So far, nothing is really working. Just trying to tell myself that I am not going to die, and that this shall pass. I dont wish these feelings and symptoms on anyone! Hope you get some answers!

It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. You think something will happen, and then it does. My advice is to continue doing what you were doing. If it takes your mind off of anxiety, then that's great!

I too have had that happen. Almost like being addicted to feeling ill. I sometimes ask myself what I am having difficulty facing up to but can find no answer. Having said all that, I have thought that maybe be it is just the feeling of great accomplishment when having a good moment that is the addictive 'rush'......Just rambling...sad state of affairs isn't it !!
