Worried Sick

I'm going crazy my right Hand from my shoulder to my elbow have been hurting me for 2 days now my husband is telling me it's nothing but I have in my head I'm a goner worried sick please help.

Lovely2, there's absolutely no reason to think you're a goner, if it's a heart problem you're worried about that would be pain down the left arm not the right. This is maybe tendonitis, you've strained a muscle in your upper arm, nothing to worry about but a good idea to ask your doctor about it for reassurance and for some painkillers like naproxene if you need them.

Just don't obsess or stress about this or you will sensitise your nervous system, just accept it for the moment, the body can heal itself, give it time but you'll be fine.
