I’m praying I hear from the psychologist by tomorrow. I feel so lost with myself, like I wanna cry or something and let out the stress frustration and anger, but don’t know how. I’m having ups and downs and I don’t know what triggered me that’s driving me nuts. I started Prozac about a week and a half ago for the second or third time but I don’t remember feeling so emotional the first week. I did notice and increase in my sex drive though. I haste these unwanted thoughts I feel like I can’t keep myself distracted enough, ugh this anxiety. Please anyone any suggestions on what I can do to keep occupied?
