I don't know whats been going on with me lately but my nerves has been so bad and the palpitations are non stop im just ready for all of this to go away. I don't know whats wrong me me!!!!!! im so sick of feeling this way.

Are you seeing a doctor for this? If this has been going on for weeks, it's time to see a doctor and probably get medicinal help at least for now. You need a break from these symptoms. You also may have a diagnosable disorder which would then dictate the course of your treatment that's medically recommended for you. If you're already under a doctor's care, you need to report to your doc these symptoms because your treatment is inadequate and changes need to be made, but the doctor can't do that unless s/he knows what's going on with you. I wish you well whichever is the case.

My palpitations went away once I changed the way I eat . I only get them if I jump while i’m trying to fall asleep . How have you hade palpitations. Stay positive! Take a nice bath with candles and listen to soft music.

You can do a activity and won’t think about it . I paint when i’m having anxiety bad . It suddenly goes away 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
