Head feeling numb

Does anybody else feel tingling or numbness in the back of your head sometimes? It happens at random, but especially when my anxiety is through the roof, but it is pretty persistent. Just wondering if this is a common thing with anxiety.

Hiya,

Yes i get this alot.normally accompanied by a woozy giddy feeling.and sometimes a crawling sensation on my scalp.anxiety is a nightmare x

I get weird head sensations like a numb cold feeling in scalp..it’s like I can feel my brain or something!!!anxiety does very strange things to your body!!
