Yes omg! A few times I panicked so bad my tongue went numb and it was so scary, it went away when I calmed down but it took a few times having that symptom to realize it was anxiety

It’s a spark of adrenaline because one time witnessing a fight it happened to me, it was so scary, honestly the first time that happened to me was one of the worst panic attacks I’ve had ! I’m glad you’re feeling better now

HI, that’s what happens to my legs from knee to ankle, been like it on and off for ages, I don’t like it either 😔 last night only had 2 hrs sleep in the end, noise outside woke me up then I started gagging/dry heaving and was all hot under my skin in back and legs but cool to touch.

I then dread the day ahead... that’s when I feel really lonely yet had a fairly ok day yesterday but it all hit me when I got home after being out with family, I hate all this anxiety too. Then I wonder if that’s what it is even though the doctor has said so

How the mind plays tricks and how the body reacts is indescribable and so often scary 😔 hope you’re feeling better

Now

Yep. My left arm always goes numb when I go through an anxiety attack and it worries me so much that I am going to get a heart attack since it’s a symptom of a heart attack, but it always goes away after.
