Night sweats

Hello I’ve been getting night sweats but also feel cold at the same time.... I’ve suffered with anxiety off and on and don’t think I’ve ever experienced this.... Ive been waking up in the middle of the night hot and sweaty then I get the chills. Also get a pounding heart..... does anyone else experience this?

hi I was like that when I started on any new medication but it faded after a couple of months.

Yea I haven’t started any new meds been on the same ones for almost 3 years.... 😩

I do I take the xanax and buspar.... I’ve been on those meds for a couple years.... I’m waiting on results for some blood work I got done to check my hormones 😫

This is some awful shit I hate this. Same with me I scheduled a MRA to make sure my brain is ok but I hate being this hypochondriac. Sucks so much

I’m also a huge hypochondriac! Every lil thing I feel I google it lol but lately I’ve been kind of ok seems like right before my period and a few days when I start my period it’s at its worst
