My anxiety has risen again. I'm constantly dizzy, my hands are shaking. I’m everything wearing on my had too much. I'm thinking about something constantly I can’t stop thinking.
I close my eyes to calm down each time. But I’m opening my eyes and everything my head turns.
I don't know what I should do. two weeks later my psychologist appointment and I’m using Prozac for 5 month.
How Can I reduce this?
