The worst thing

I have been having panic attacks since a long time now but the worst thing I experienced is having it in front of whole lots of people, when everything seems to be fine and then other people judging you and then the overwhelming feeling of embarrassment and guilt flashing in your mind. Why is this so with me? :(

My panic attacks have always stemmed from something, and I know that’s not how all work. It took me a lot to figure out my panic but once I started working on it and making it a priority to get over then that was when I was able to start getting better. Try to find what’s making you panic. Even if you try and avoid the reason. Come to terms with it. It’s the only way we can be human. Rooting for you! You got this!
