Spaced out/off balance

As the title suggests, for the past 5 months or so, I 've been experiencing this symptom where I 'll be standing still and feel like I can't maintain my balance and I feel spaced out/not with it too. It's horrible.

Is this anxiety?

It could be... have the symptoms gotten worse? Have you seen an ENT?

None of us can really diagnose you sadly. I wish I could and make you feel better. What I can say is if you have seen a dr and had tests run to rule out something serious, it’s likely anxiety. The first step would be to seek help from a medical professional.
