Sinking feeling

I’m afraid to fall asleep, I get this feeling I can’t get enough air but I am breathing ok, my body feels like it’s going to pass out. I don’t hurt anywhere, just feel lightheaded and afraid to close my eyes.

I’ve been going through this for some time now . It’s just your body , and mind in a constant panic . My oxygen levels are always fine at the emergency rooms when I go . Just take some deep breaths and try to find something to occupy your time so your not constantly thinking about it .
