Hello all this is some kids I took a pic of climbing the rocks that were ahead of us. Still doesn't show the beauty but thought it was kinda cool.

Yea that pic I like better cause of those kids climbing the wall. Got some pics of some rock climbers too. They waved at the top which was pretty cool. The ppl are so nice which helps me so much too out walking. How ya doing starrlight?

This canyon is only 15 minutes from where I live in St. George. Just like in Vegas I was only 15 minutes from the Vegas strip which was cool. It will be 105 here on June 6th but 110 in Vegas. Lol

So doc says I have Sjogren’s syndrone. I think it’s to do with glands and not getting enough fluid to the body like saliva tears etc seems not a big deal if treated properly... but I have a weird feeling like he did not diagnose it correctly. Hmmm

I had a really productive day but also my mind is just racing like mad. Worrying. How was yours? What is your next adventure do you think? I want to hike near a lake this weekend with my fam and our dog who loves the water. We’ve been getting lots of t -storms though. Best to you 💕

That's always good to be busy!! I worry worry so much too. Racing thoughts always too! Totally understand ya there! Wish I could shut them off so I could sleep tho. My mom and I drove to Vegas to drop my aunt off at the airport and came back. Not to exciting I guess. My last dog loved the water too So sounds like you'll have a lively time at the lake!! Sorry you have trouble sleeping. Have you tried many things I bet? Have you tried melotonin or other meds? Someone I know says trazadone works.

Oh yes all of it!! Lol. Right now my aunt brought me melatonin from a nutrition store which knocks me out for awhile. Wal-Mart brand doesn't work anymore. Plus I take like 8 to 10 50 mg Wal-Mart sleeping pills that sometimes works but to expensive to buy every week or So. I go thru 100 50 my pills very fast. Going to take the melatonin for awhile. How do you sleep at night?

Good that melatonin is working for you. Ha I don’t know I guess I get exhausted enough each day to fall asleep.

Being exhausted works really well especially having 3 boys!! Haha!!! Lol. I slept in till 4:30 am So yeah its still working!!

That sounds awesome to be at the beach. In getting more housebound cause my hair is chopped off and uneven. My face is worse than before. I'm freaking out about going outside and scared to be seen. I cant deal with mean ppl. Anyhoo, hope you've been doing great!! Enjoy the 🌞 sunshine!!

Yes, i did enjoy the Sunshine and i do love the Beach. I,ve lived by the Sea 23 years now. but, I still appreciate it because i was brought up in a big City. we,re lucky in the UK because where ever we live, its not far from the Sea. I think Coventry is furthest at around 72 Miles away. From your picture, you look like a Pretty women, to me lovedogs and Im sure your hair isn,t so bad.Try not to be so hard on yourself. I,m not that comfortable socially either, but, I do make sure i get out. away from the crowds if possible. Horrible, Weather today though, Windy and grey. aw well British Summertime!

Thanks my friend!! It would be wonderful to visit the UK! Sure sounds beautiful!! I know all about grey skies! That's what I grew up in for 40 years in Seattle WA. If you've heard anything about Seattle it rains 9 months out of the year! It gets quite depressing there. 23 years in the UK sounds awesome!! Its very nice to be so close to the sea!
