Hi all today has been a much better day for me , and with it being sat i got to see my little girls and it has made my day, we made cakes,lunch and watched lots of movies and just spent most if not all of the time just having lots of hugs and kiss's.
also got the guts to get back to the gym for 1 hour 3 days a week
I just want to thank all the people that have taken the time to comment on my post's

Hi Lou yeah i try to make it a day for them every time i see them, even if it is a bad day for my depression i will still try my best to make the day great for them...... it is my one day in the week where the world stands still and my girls make it all better x

I will tell you my girls when they were little lived with me & visited daddy & you no i think there is a special bond with dads & daughters that it doesnt make any difference if you are with them every day or not

Ah that's great! It's what you needed! Trip to gym will do you good and rid the anxiety slowly! Also you can get "tea pig" chamomile flowers tea from Waitrose and drink it before bed, I swear by it! It help me to relax, calm and reduced my anxiety so now I'm no longer on them cos I feel lots better! Give it a try!! Well pleased for you!! Stay strong x
