Sensory overload tips??

because of my anxiety and ADD, i sometimes have really bad sensory overload issues, specifically with noise. any repetitive or loud or sudden or constant noise can send me into a panic attack at worst and at least it makes me tense and anxious. it’s gotten pretty bad lately and it’s becoming kinda disruptive so i thought i’d ask if anyone else has this same problem? and if so, do you have any tips on how to deal with noise and the anxiety that comes from it?

I have been getting that lately again pastelclaire. It's due to the over sensitized nervous system. Certain triggers can put me in a position of getting startled very easily. Loud unexpected sounds can give me momentary adrenaline rush. However, I am in control of my reactions through deep breathing. Try preparing yourself to be in a more calmer serene state so that when these noises happen, you will not go into an attack. You are not alone with these feelings xx
