Cannot get free from anxciousness!

I have had these anxious feelings seems forever. My stomach turns comes up to my chest then I feel nauseous. I try very hard to think of positive things I have and they really do outweigh the negative but I still can't get that freedom. I seem to need people to want me in their company. I think my children dont want me! in fact I'm pretty pathetic!!! I am on tablets for depression and anxiety but they don't seem to do the work! I am an insulin dependant diabetic. Please help!
