Feeling panicked

I was fine this morning until around mid day I started to feel panicky for no reason. And then I was ok but I'm feeling panicked again right now. And this panic feels different than the one earlier. I just woke from a nap too. I don't know what to do, I'm letting it pass and I'll be fine but it's still scary not knowing why I'm having a panic attack and makes me think something is wrong with me or that something is going to happen

Hope your having a good day

Hi nmp1, are you feeling any better yet? You are not alone in feeling like that after waking up from a nap. x

I'm sorry you feel so anxious. I get that to. An overwhelming sensation of fear and anxiety. You're not alone. Our brains are complicated with thoughts and unconscious thoughts. You think of something that's bothering you and your body reacts like it's in trouble or danger. Mind and body always work together.

I practice guided meditation, that helps me a lot and with regular daily practice you will feel much better. Also, I find writing down what I was thinking about just before the anxiety attack. This will help!

I hope this helps, you're not alone, Deb
