Getting better with my Anxiety

I still deal with everything but in getting a little better by the grace of god the head pressure is the main thing and the face twitching driving me crazy I don't want to drink no pills that is going to make me worse so I pray a lot.

I know the feeling. I get all those symptoms. My Anxiety has been better as well but today I feel I took a step backwards. I just can't handle going out far without company. I'm so happy that your anxiety has gotten better, what are you doing to control it?

I just try to relax more and whenever I feel it's coming on i start praying sometimes I feel like I can't go out but I push through it really get on my last nerves and I won't take pills what do you do to help with yours
