Anyone know why some days are good and some days bad? I seem to do terrible on rainy days. Lots of head pressure and derealization. Sunny days are generally better.

I hate the derealization! Seems like i can be in the middle of a conversation with someone and then ill feel so out of it. And yes, me too, I feel more prone to anxiety when the sun isn't out too. I went as far as purchasing some gold/orange toned sunglasses to put on to make it appear more sunny, they do help a little!
Thanks, that's interesting about the sun glasses. What is your derealisation like? I feel really inside my head and very self aware. It's hard to fully take in what's around me and my sight becomes less focused.
I sort of start to zone out, like I can't focus on what someone is saying or what is going on around me even if i tried. It's scary. It feels like I'm not real and the world is just an illusion. Its hard to describe, but it kind of feels like i'm dreaming, except it would be more of a nightmare i guess because its scary. Derealization is the main symptom i get, my other symptom is mainly just chest tightness and waves of adrenaline through my upper body.
