I was doing research online and I discovered Chronic Hyperventilating Syndrome. OMG...this Totally explains the type of symptoms I have been suffering thru for the past few months. Brainfog, dizziness, numbness in limbs, troubled eyesight and especially laboured breathing often leading to panic attack. Do take time to took into it and also Buteyko method.

Thank you James....It's ironic how something as natural as breathing can have devastating effects on our body if not done properly. But when we breathe as we are suppose to, it becomes the key to a calm and relaxing mind and body.

Thank you so much for this post.

I have been having most of these symptoms for a while and they are pretty weird and frightening. It was only the other night when watching tv and I came over all weird like this I realised I'd been holding my breath and very shallow breathing. I seem to shallow breathe a lot and hold my breath when concentrating.

It definitely answers a lot of questions.

Yes I have this , it’s so awful and frightening and yes I had it diagnosed by private consultant . I am asthmatic and have nasal polopys ?? Can’t spell it lol
