Anxiety and eyes

I get blurred vision, see flashes of lights, get blind spots, and have eye floaters daily. This morning, however, I woke up with my left eye burning and watering and had an ocular headache all day. My left eye just felt like it popped and now both my eyes feel like they are tingling. Is this anxiety?

I would see an eye doctor as soon as you can.

I went through this 2 weeks ago with my left eye. When I started to see the zig zags and it got blurry, I went into my dark bedroom and laid there knowing it starts subsiding in 20 minutes. The pop could have been pressure release which can happen. If vision is not almost normal maybe a pain or headache within 2 hours you should probably make an appointment for your eye doctor.

You should go to an optician.

I suffered with Posterior vitreous detachment last year. It started with flashing lights in my peripheral view and floaters. It's quite common, but can be serious.

Don't mean to worry you, but it's worth a check.
