I have a thyroid problem and also suffer acute anxiety. I am on 4 mgs a day as required decreasing by one every month agreed with the pharmacist practitioner. Which works out 112 a month dropping one every month. Unfortunately she has left and a new clinician is signing repeat prescriptions without a review with patients. Also he has misread the instructions written on the repeat request form as dropping 1 day and dropped 28 tablets in one go. I rang the surgery but he would not see what he had done and would be dropping 28 next month and next month. My anxiety is through the roof.
