Anxiety is ruining my life!!!!

I use to be outgoing and confident but now even going to the grocery store or a doctor visit with my kids has become torturous. I’m always anxious, i feel overwhelmed and nervous, its hard to give eye contact and this is not me. I haven’t been myself in awhile and its really getting to me. I refuse to become a hermit or stay in this current state. And lately i’ve been having serious brain fog. Any advice is welcomed or maybe similar experiences. Help!!!!😔

I recently started feeling this way so take comfort in knowing you are not alone. Try taking at least 10mins to yourself everyday. My friend recently suggested it to me
